This Shipping, Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which The Poets Weed (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes orders, handles deliveries, and manages customer returns or refund requests made through our website www.kalaalifestyle.com (“Website”).

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Partners

We work with multiple trusted logistics and courier partners including, but not limited to, Shiprocket, Delhivery, and other local services, depending on order type, location, and availability.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on select promotional offers, events, or products, which will be clearly stated at the time of checkout.

  • In all other cases, a flat-rate shipping charge applies and will be displayed during the checkout process.
     

3. Delivery Timelines

  • All confirmed orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Standard delivery time is between 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
     

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link or ID will be shared via email or SMS. This service is provided by our delivery partners.


5. Shipping Days

We ship orders on all days of the week, including weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated.

6. Delivery Locations

We ship across almost all PIN codes and cities in India.

RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item
     

Returns are not accepted for reasons related to preferences, change of mind, or if the product has been used or altered.

2. Return Window

You must initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Email us at connect@thepoetsweed.com with your order ID, issue description, and photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Once approved, our team will initiate the return process.
     

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
     

5. Non-Returnable Items

Digital products, including e-books or downloadable content, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
