CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation Window

• Orders for physical products (e.g., merchandise, books, accessories) can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Cancellation requests must be made before the order has been dispatched.

• Once the order has been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
   

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request cancellation:

• Email us at connect@thepoetsweed.com with your order ID and a request to cancel.

• If your request is within the eligible cancellation window and the item has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and process a refund or store credit as per your preference.

3. Refund on Cancellation

• If a cancelled order is eligible for a refund, the amount will be:

  • Refunded to your original payment method, or

  • Issued as store credit, as per your choice.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of confirmation of cancellation.
   

4. Digital Products

• Digital products (e.g., e-books, downloadable content, event passes) are not eligible for cancellation once delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

• If you face any technical issue with a digital product, please contact us for resolution.
   

5. Event Tickets or Registrations

• For any ticketed events or workshops, cancellation and refund policies will be clearly stated on the event page itself.

• Some events may not allow cancellations or refunds. Please review event-specific terms before booking.
   

6. Right to Decline Cancellation

The Poets Weed reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that:

• Are made after the product has been dispatched.

• Relate to customized, pre-ordered, or limited-edition items.

• Do not comply with the terms mentioned in this Policy.
